When placing an order with e4electricals.com, we need to collect certain information to be able to place your order. This information is stored lawfully and in accordance with the relevant data protection acts. All information held on our system is password protected, and protected through SSL 128bit technology encryption, card payments are processed in real time by Barclaycard Merchant Services.

We will not share any of your personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.

From time to time we would like to eMail you to keep you up to date with any offers or information. We may eMail you about discounts, promotions and new products. If you decide that you wish not to receive such information simply log into your account and tick the box “I do not wish to receive any news letters / promotions from e4electricals.com”

We at e4electricals make every effort to ensure that all prices and technical information is correct. In the unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time.

All product prices include VAT.

Deliveries

We endeavour to dispatch all accessories which are in stock within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

Parcels are normally delivered by Royal Mail Service. The service type used will depend upon the value of the product(s) purchased. We dispatch our orders using one or more of the following services: Recorded Post or Special Delivery Service. A signature may be required upon delivery to your address.

You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package/s goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email or telephone) quoting your order reference.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order.

Orders and Stock availability

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. If you do order an item and it is out of stock we will notify you within 1 working day of your order being placed. At that point we will advise you of the likely time scale of any delay, you can then decide to either wait for the item to come in to stock, or cancel your order.

We do at random select orders for security checks to help protect both you and us. Our Customer Services may request that you provide us with proof of address and /or proof of identification before your order can be processed. When this happens we will contact you to request the information required

When you pay for your order by credit or debit card we carry out checks or "authorisations" with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card we will contact you with further details.

Fraud: In order to maintain customer security we carry out both manual and electronic security checking on all orders, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to contact you for further information.

We reserve the right to cancel accounts and / or block incoming emails from any nuisance or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment / Ownership of goods

We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard and Solo cards provided that they are not swipe only.

Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full. If payment is declined by your card issuer, you will be emailed and asked to contact us.

All orders placed on our website are accepted at our discretion; in some instances where the value is high we may ask for proof of identity to be faxed through or cash to be paid direct into our account.

If no attempt has been made by the customer to resolve a payment problem, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 7 days.

Website Accuracy

All pictures on our website are the best indication we can give of the original item and are for illustration purposes only. From time to time the manufacturer may make small changes to the design of a product. Due to this Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.

Products, prices and offers are only valid at the time they are published on our website.

Security

We realise that the internet is based on trust so we make security our number one priority. Our commitment to security is our number one priority and will remain prominent for the future. Your credit card details are sent to our secure servers whilst the order is processed. At no point are your credit card details sent over an unsecured connection.
