Notes
1. Royal Mail First Class Delivery - We cannot guarantee next working day delivery. However, if you need the guarantee of a next day delivery, we recommend DHL Courier service.
2. Parcels that are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery or International Air Mail will need to be signed for.
3. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
4. IMPORTANT - in signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
5. If goods are returned to e4electricals because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
6. Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
* Arrival estimate is as given by Royal Mail or DHL. Please notice that delivery may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
We can deliver to another address to that of the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.
If nobody is in when delivery takes place, a card will be left at your delivery address. Simply call the telephone number printed on the card to arrange for re-delivery or collection.
Goods that are awaiting stock are usually dispatched within two weeks and we will keep you informed by email.
